Blue Banner

Apparently I need to adjust the settings on my scanner, the shading and colors don't look half as good here as they do on paper.

Anyhow, this is one in a series of banners I started several months ago and just finally finished. I find banners a challenge, so I've been trying to do more of them. Comments and criticism are very welcome.
